This rhythm based intro to spin will take you through everything you need to know when you come to the studio. This includes bike setup and going through different track profiles for a 30 minute ride. This class offers upper body additions and cool down / stretch.
This 45 minute rhythm ride will take you through races, climbs, attacks and more and is our regular class length. This class includes upper body additions and ends with a cool down.
A fun energized interval spin with short bursts of full intensity cycling alternated with periods of active recovery. You'll climb mountains, roll over hills & race through invigorating flats to build endurance, strength & shape your lower body & burn calories efficiently. A great class for new exercisers or avid cyclists! This class has no upper body addition.
This is a shortened version of rhythm 45. We took a few tracks out to get the most sweat out of thirty minutes. This 30 - minute class includes a cool-down and stretch at the end of the class.
Another modified version of rhythm 45. For this class we took out some of the more intense tracks for a bit of a different ride - dont think this means it will be easy, you'll still get a great sweat!
